• Visit MOHAP website
• Register New Username and Password
• Activate the Username via the activation link
• Access the Eservices page
• Select the evaluation system
• Fill in the required information
• Scan and upload the required documents
• Complete the listed procedures
• Proceed to the Epayment page
• Settle the payment
