USMLE steps cost for Step 1, Step CK, Step 3

USMLE journey can be costly, specially for IMGs (International Medical Graduates) willing to achieve residency in USA. Exam fee for Step 1 is US $ 1000, but for IMGs an additional surcharge of US$ 195 is added to the basic fee.

For Step 2 CK, the basic exam fee is US$ 1000 with additional surcharge of US$195 for IMGs.

For Step 3, the exam fee is US$895.

The average cost for IMGs which include fixed and variable charges may add upto US$20,000 to US$ 25,000.
