USMLE Fees Adopted for Test Cycle

For International Medical Graduates (IMGs) who are willing to register for USMLE Steps, have to bear different fixed and variable charges. For Step 1 and 2 specifically, candidate may pay charges which may include;

• ECFMG Certification fee = US$150
• Step 1 and Step 2 CK = USD 1000 Examination Fee + USD 195 International surcharge for individual step.
• Fee to Extend Eligibility Period = US$70
• Fee to Change Testing Region = US$$85
• Fee to recheck scores = US$80
• FEE for USMLE Transcript paper = US$70
• May include other charges.

For Step 3, candidate is required to pay US$895 which is non refundable and non transferable fee.
