DHA Dubai Nursing exam Requirements

These are the list of general requirements needed while applying for DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Dubai Nursing exam;

• As per new Unified Healthcare Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR), Registered Nurses no longer need two (2) years working experience, those who;
  • Have Bachelor degree in nursing. OR
  • Have Degree in Nursing with minimum two (2) years course duration. And have registration as a Registered Nurse from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia
• Assistant Nurses also no longer need two (2) years experience, if having Diploma in Nursing (not less than eighteen (18) months course duration).
• If having working experience, than should have experience certificate issued by the facility of practice and signed by the Human Resources Department, or Medical Director.
• Applicant should not have more than two (2) years working gap.
• Applicant should have BLS (Basic Life Support) certificate.
• Applicant should have 'positive' Dataflow PSV Report.
• Applicant should have Inter certificates and mark-sheets / transcripts.
• Applicant should have a valid nursing license in country of graduation and/or country of last employment.
• Applicant should have a recent Good Standing Certificate (GSC) from the country of last employment (Certificates are only valid for six (6) months from date of issue).
• Applicant should have a valid passport, not expiring within atleast eight (8) months from the time of starting application process.
• Application should have One (1) colored passport photograph with white background.
