How to reschedule or cancel DHA exam?
To reschedule or cancel your DHA (Dubai Health Authority) exam, you need to follow the procedures set by the DHA and the Prometric testing center, which handles the exam administration.
If any healthcare professional who wishes to change or reschedule your Dubai Health Authority (DHA) exam date or time then you must do so by fifth calendar day prior to your exam date appointment using Reschedule/Cancel option on the Prometric website or by calling your prometric center. You will be charged US$40 for changes.
Kindly login to your existing Prometric account. Use the confirmation to reschedule or cancel your exam. You have received this number at your email address while creating your Prometric account. If you are unable to find this confirmation number then contact Prometric customer support
At the completion of this rescheduling or cancellation process, make sure that you receive an email verifying that the rescheduling or cancellation has taken place successfully.
