MOH UAE Good Standing Certificate (GSC)
A Good Standing Certificate is mendatory for all healthcare professionals, who are willing to persue their carrear in UAE through registering for MOHAP exam. MOHAP (Ministry of Health & Prevention) UAE requires applicants to provide a valid and not older than six months certificate at the time of starting your application for MOH license. This certificate is issued by health regulatory authority or medical council or dental council, which has issued practicing license in your country.
A Good Standing Certificate attests to the fact that the applicant has no criminal or medical malpractice history during his/her work experience as the healthcare professional, and applicant has no pending or previous desciplinary orders against him/her, and the applicant has good academic or professional standing. This certificate is not a substitute for Police clearance or any other court order related to the healthcare professional. Criminal legal or labor disputes are beyond MOHAP jurisdiction.
