What are MOHAP exam documents requirement for Physicians?
Candidate must provide the following scanned documents for initial processing.
- Medical degree (MBBS/MbChb/MD or equivalent.)
- Internship certificate.
- Recognized Specialty certificate (if applying for specialist/consultant title).
- Valid practice license in country of graduation and/or country of last employment.
- Evidence of all clinical experience or certificate(s) issued by the facility of practice and signed by the Human Resources Department, or Medical Director.
- Recent Good Standing Certificate (GSC) issued by the medical council/association from the country of last employment (Certificates are only valid for six (6) months from date of issue).
- Log book (for surgical specialties only).
- Passport copy
- Recent white background colored passport size photograph
- Medical fitness test for candidates having 65 years of age or above
- If having more than 2 years clinical gap then Continuing Medical Education (CME) Certificates.
Can I apply for job during on visit visa in UAE?
Yes, but you will be required to convert it to employment visa once hired.
