MOHAP UAE Requirements for Pharmacist
These are the list of general requirements needed while applying for MOHAP (Ministry of Health And Prevention) UAE Pharmacist exam;
- Applicant should have degree(B. Pharm/M.Pharm etc) or Diploma in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy recognized in home country.
- Applicant should have atleast two (2) years experience certificate in retail or hospital pharmacy in private or government sector. Experience exemption is only for applicants who has registration with American Board in one of the specialties, OR has completed Clinical Pharmacy Residency program (Minimum two (2) years duration).
- Experience with pharmaceutical companies or sales representatives is not accepted.
- Applicant should have registration with the Pharmacy council of home country.
- Applicant should not have more than a two-year gap in the work record.
MOHAP UAE exam documents requirement for Pharmacist
Applicant should have following scanned valid documents for initial processing.
- Diploma / Degree (B.Pharm/M.Pharm etc) and Mark-sheets / Transcripts.
- Matric & Inter certificates.
- Valid registration certificate of pharmacy council from country of graduation and/or country of last employment.
- Recent two (2) years experience certificate issued by the facility of practice and signed by the Human Resources Department or Director.
- Recent Good Standing Certificate (GSC) from the country of last employment. GSC is only valid for six (6) months from date of issue.
- One (1) colored passport photograph.
