- Must hold a valid DHA/MOHAP medical license
The candidate must have passed DHA/MOHAP Prometric exam and posses a valid medical license. Kindly understand that holding a DHA/MOHAP eligibility letter is not sufficient for this process. - Required practice duration before applying for transfer
Beside holding valid DHA/MOHAP medical license, the candidate should have worked in the related Emirate for atleast three (3) months duration. - Obtain Good Standing Certificate
Before applying for transfer, you must obtain good standing certificate from DHA or MOHAP online account. This document is normally issued within 2 to 5 working days by the concerned healthcare authority online. - Create DOH/HAAD account
Being a new user, create your DOH TAMM account through visiting DOH official website. You should be able to receive Unique Identity Number (UIN) as a result of this process at your email address. - Transfer Dataflow PSV
1)Visit the official Dataflow website.
2)Navigate to your dashboard > Add new case > Report reissuance.
3)Link your existing Dataflow PSV with the given case number.
4)Fill out and upload the required information.
5)Pay the report transfer fee to be able transfer your existing Dataflow PSV to DOH/HAAD.
